- Course objectives
- The course aims to define the fundamental characteristics of musical museology, in terms of both history and theory.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course the student will:
- be familiar with the basic problems of music museology as a concretization of general museology;
- be able to use music-museological terminology;
- orientate himself/herself in the structure of music museums in the Czech Republic as well as in the world-wide context;
- be acquainted with the history of Czech and European music-museological thought. - Syllabus
