Course objectives
The goal of the course is to explain basic features of financial system and the fundamentals of corporate finance. It covers topics as a the conceptiton and function of money, the position and role of financial system, the corporate financing, basic indicators of financial evaluation of the enterprise. The course also focuses on credit and deposit products and insurance for entrepreneurs and businesses.
Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course, the student will have a basic understanding of finance, corporate finance and financial evaluation of businesses.
