Go to the particular chapter and open the "index" file first (it contains the outline of each chapter), then open the individual files chronologically as suggested by the respective index file in the order given.

21 Feb: introduction to the course; 28 Feb: chapters 1 and 2; 6 Mar: 3 and 4; 13 Mar: 5 and 6; 20 Mar: 7 and 8; 27 Mar: 9 and 10; 3 Apr: 11 and 12. 10 Apr: discussion of the final project.
