    After successfully completing his/her studies the graduate is able to:

    • Actively utilize the terminology of business economics, mathematics in economics, and statistical data processing;
    • Explain the principles of key economic models that describe economic phenomena, including the impacts of economic policies at both macroeconomic and microeconomic levels;
    • Clarify the functioning of economic entities and the business environment on an international level;
    • Identify, specify, and propose solutions to problems related to the management of advanced activities in both private and public sector organizations;
    • Make decisions regarding the economic activities of organizations based on an analysis of their current state and predictions of future developments in the business environment;
    • Utilize advanced IT tools, such as Business Intelligence or CRM systems, to support the implementation of the organization’s global strategy;
    • Integrate knowledge from various professional fields and apply logical methods of analysis and synthesis to achieve decisions that fulfill the organization’s strategic objectives;
    • Engage in self-reflection and continuous self-education to adapt to technological advancements in the organization’s field of activity and respond to changes in the business environment;
    • Organize and manage the economic activities of organizations at middle and higher management levels;
    • Independently resolve or significantly contribute to solving crisis situations;
    • Set strategic objectives for organizations, considering developmental trends in both macro and microenvironments;
    • Make decisions regarding the international activities of organizations based on the current state of the external environment;
    • Conduct negotiations with the organization’s business partners, including in a foreign language.
