Course objectives
The main goal of the lecture is to acquaint students with the basic concepts of literary science and German technical terminology. Another goal is to show students on short model texts the procedure for the analysis of specific literary texts (poetry, epics, drama). An important role in this context is played by the tasks that students work out at home according to the instructions of the teacher and which follow the model analyzes performed in the full-time form of teaching.
Learning outcomes
The student is able to define the basic concepts of literary science and knows German technical terminology. The student is able to apply this terminology to a practical literary text.
