Požadavky na studenta v průběhu semestru a kritéria hodnocení: výuka předpokládá průběžnou přípravu studenta. Kvalita výuky je systematicky prověřována formou testů, prezentací zadaných referátů aj. Předmět je ukončen ústní zkouškou, která je zaměřena na prověření získaných teoretických znalostí.

Course objectives
Purpose is to acquaint studens with principles of making decisions, their content and extension and to demonstrate basic principles, methods, ways and techniques of decision-making under the relations of safety, unsafety and risks. Full understanding of decision function as the backgroud of management principles and role of manager. The subject also analyses concrete basic problems of changeover from theory to practice as well as principles of successfull management in conditions of the free market economy. It also intensifies and improves assumptions for better and larger abilities of decision by means of practicing other methods, strategies and courses. Students will be acquainted with principles of submitting open contracts and with the concrete legislation. The special attention is given to the cross management and cross plans during the natural disasters. They get also knowledge of possible ways of quality strategy management, for instance benchmarking as one of possibilities. Part of lectures will be focused to the management of exchanges. Seminaries will follow the global backgroud, types of organisations and role of managers, planning, basics of management, output of strategic and conception materials, planning and principles of project strategies, submitting open contracts, cross management, preparation and implementation of cross planning during the natural disasters, methods of quality management, for instance benchmarking, time management techniques, optimalisation of working load, strategy of management according to the responsibility, methods of presentations and self- presentation, leading of meetings and discussions.
