Course objectives
Cílem předmětu je umožňit studentům seznámit se základy astronomie a astrofyziky s využitím prostředků víceméně gymnaziální matematiky a fyziky; některé partie (Historie astronomie a část kapitoly Sluneční soustava) pak pouze populární formou. Předmět si spolu se základním kurzem fyziky klade za cíl poskytnout dostatečný základ pro studium pokročilejších astronomicko-astrofyzikálních disciplín.
