- Course objectives
- The content of the course is the interpretation aimed at introduction of the meaning of law and place of law order in the state to students. In this frame it deals with law theory, basic law concepts and institutes and law systematic. In law system interpretation, the distinction of the public-administration and private-law level is stressed as well as the differentiation of procedural law and substantive law and classification by branch of law order in sequence of difference between individual circles of social relations as a subject of law branches. The frame of the interpretation is based on constitutional order in the Czech republic and harmonisation of Czech law with European Union law. The aim of the course is to supply the students with basic information about law theory area and law system enabling the comprehension of basic law concepts and chosen chapters of some law disciplines. In practice, the students will then be able to qualify the point of interest into respective law category and indicate law regulation to which force it belongs.
