Course objectives
The aim of the course is to to acquaint the students with the legal regulation of labor relations. Lessons are focuses on how the creation, amendment and termination of the employment relationship, to the rights and obligations of employees and employers resulting from the employment relationship, including the position of trade unions in the labor relations, the issue of remuneration and allowances of damages and other institutes of labor law. The lectures are complemented by the current status of civil servants and officials of territorial the correct units in labor relations.

    3. Labour relations in the public administration
    4. Equal treatment and prohibition of discrimination
    5. The basic principles of the Labour law
    6. Creation, modification and termination of employment and the employment of employees of local government units
    7. Working hours and rest periods at work and holiday of employees in public administration
    8. Evaluation and remuneration for work in the public administration
    9. The European Social Charter and the European Charter of Local government units
    10. Protection of property interests of the employer and employee personal rights
    11. Liability for damages in the public administration from labour relations
    12. Education officials of territorial local government units
    13. Labour relations in the public service
