Course objectives
Learning outcomes of the course is to acquaint students with basic aspects of Internet law. The course includes basic knowledge of legislation dealing with the protection of values created by the human intellect, especially the subjects of copyright and selected industrial property rights with regard to their legal protection in the online environment. The scope of the course also includes ways of enforcing these rights in cases of violation, whether judicial or extrajudicial.
