Course objectives
The main aim of the subject is to gain view on legislative processes in the field of crisis management, on the standards of international humanitarian law and on the legal framework for crisis situations solution.
Syllabus
  • 1. Legislative processes.
    2. International humanitarian law.
    3. Legal framework and tools for crisis situations solution in EU and Czech Republic.
    4. Basic legal standards in the field of defence.
    5. Legal acts in the field of protection of persons, property and environment, civil protection and international standards in those fields.
    6. Legal acts establish internal security of the state and public order.
