Course objectives
The aim of the course is to prepare students for dangerous situations where they can be physically challenged to handle them. Part of the course is practical exercises with figurants, behavioral training in specific situations, demonstrations of methods of attack and defense with training, as well as a theoretical lecture focused on prevention of assaults, negotiation psychology, crisis situations and the legislative framework of self-defense behavior.

  • 1. Prevention of assult.
    2. Behaviour in dangerous situation.
    3. Comunication with police.
    4. Legislation.
    5. Selfdefence against aggressor and group of aggressors.
    6. Selfdefence of women.
    7. Psyche of aggressor and defender.
    8. Practical exercises and training.
