Course objectives
The aim of the course is to show a way to solve selected problems of operations research in practice with a help of selected software products. In particular, MS Excel, MS Project, IORTutorial and WIN-QSB software will be used. Students become familiar with possibilities of using those programs and get practical skills how to use them for specific types of tasks. The acquired skills will increase the employability of graduates in practice. This course is built on knowledge of the courses of Mathematical Methods in Economics and Management I, II and III.
