Course objectives
The course is taught in two planes.The first plane represents a focus on the methods and techniques used in social research.The second level is focused on the practical application of these methods and techniques.The aim is to gain the ability to work with different data collection techniques, master the skill of analyzing different types of data, including interpretation of analytical outputs.
Learning outcomes
Professional Knowledge
Students can explain technical concepts, methods and techniques used in social research, they have knowledge of the entire process, including research, hypothesis formulation, they also have practical knowledge of the application of these methods and techniques on specific examples.
Professional Skills
Students demonstrate skills in working with data sets and in designing research designs.
General Qualification
Students are able to independently decide what research design to use for a given problem and how they can achieve the results and their interpretation in practice.

Elaboration of a term paper which demonstrates the ability to process, analyze, evaluate and interpret quantitative data entered.Compulsory attendance at 80 % of the seminars at least.Credit test
