Course objectives
Goal of subject is to known base aspects of worsen health status in seniority. Student will known base of substance frequent illness, which is in seniors , for examples pneumological and cardiological acut state, hematological complications, kritical status of gastrointestinal tract, acut kidney collapse, malfunction mind, etc.
Syllabus
  • 1. Gerontology, theory of growing up - subject, goals, forms, methods and means. Gerontological research and diagnostics.
    2. Biological aspects of senium. Health aspects of senium - frequent handicaps and illnesses.
    3. Pneumological acut state in older sick people (pneumotorax, astma bronchiale, aspiuration, false pulmonary ventilation).
    4. Cardiological acut state in oldest sick people (cardiac collaps, arrhythmia, pulmoraly embolism, hypertensic crisis, rupture aneurysma aortas).
    5. Hematological complications in older sick people (acut blood loss, malfunction of homeostasis, thrombo-embolic illness).
    6. Critical state of gastrointestinal trackt in senium (sudden belly cases, illness of liver and cholecyst), acutkidney collaps and iont and acidobasic balance.
    7. Acut state in endocrin illness.
    8. Mind collaps in senium.
