Course objectives
Content of subject is continua on a theory rudiment of management, theory of the enterprise and development process in a company. The aim is acquaint students with issue of innovation entrepreneurs, with his development, education of innovations entrepreneurs not only in innovation centres. The part of subject is specification of establish and development innovation centres, classification and their acquisition for develop of region. Content Structure: 1. Theory of Innovation 2. Innovation business activities 3. Management of Innovation 4. Financing Innovation - risk development and capital, 5. Institutions supporting innovation 6. Acquisition an innovation centres for development economic regions 1. Theory of Innovation The lecture will review definitions of the terms. Classification of innovations. It will provide a basic framework for understanding innovation processes. Product life cycle. Determination analysis. 2. Innovation business activities Innovation business activities of small and middle firms. The crag of innovation enterprise. Creature innovation strategy. The system innovation business activities in Czech Republic. The evaluation of innovation activities in CR. Innovation business activities in Europe Union. 3. Management of Innovation The class will examine different degrees of innovation ranging from incremental to radical innovation. The implications of these types of innovation for the management of innovation will be explored. The factors increase to innovation activities. Innovation projects - type and assessment. Role of project manager. 4. The grant for development innovation enterprise This lecture will provide an overview of the different types of financing that is available when starting an innovation project. It is however important to note that the financing options available may vary from country to country, even within Europe. We tried to be as general as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the information available here is applicable to your country. 5. Institutions supporting innovation Regions and countries differ in their ability to innovate. This is because innovation processes are strongly shaped by national, regional and sectoral institutions. In this class, we review the concept of national, regional and sectoral systems of innovation, examining why some places are better for innovation than others. Central features of these different systems of innovation are regulations and government investments in education and research. 6. Acquisition an innovation centres for development economic regions The innovation centres are benefit for development regions particularly for eternal innovation of technologies, products, services. It same governs for increase competition on markets, establish a new small and middle innovations, companies, unemployment problems, improve infrastructure in region etc. The roles SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY PARKS ASSOCIATION in Czech Republic and ASSOCIATION OF INNOVATIVE ENTREPRENEURSHIP in Czech Republic.
