Course objectives
The aim of the subject, Physical Education and Sport Activity (CVABETS1), is to promote the overall well-being and development of individuals through physical activity and fitness. The goals of physical education can vary based on educational objectives, cultural context, and societal needs.
Syllabus
  • The course of physical training and sports activities contains mainly the following specialisations: aerobic and fitness training, crossfit, health activities and rehabilitative exercises, badminton, table tennis, tennis, basketball, futsal, football, volleyball, beach volleyball, floorball, softball, and baseball; non-traditional sports according to conditions. Custom semester teaching is divided into individual lessons that can be incorporated as needed into blocks: 1. Familiarity with local conditions and the safety rules for doing sports activities. Diagnostic of levels of health and physical prerequisites for concrete sports specialization. 2.- 3. The specifics of training the body to a physical load, the rules of sports competitions, training, and improvement of the musculoskeletal framework of sports specialisation. 4. The game and its importance in human life. Game with modified rules. 5.-6. Physical exercises oriented to health and unilateral rehabilitation physical activity. Training and improvement of the musculoskeletal framework of concrete sports specialisation. 7. Games and competitions of concrete sports specialisation. Games with modified rules. 8.–9. Individual technique and tactics, team tactics, and participation in team performance. 10. Games and competitions of concrete sports specialisation. 11. Performance-oriented training in concrete sports specialisation. Organization of competitions and races. 12. Games and competitions of concrete sports specialisation. 13. Games and competitions of concrete sports specialisation. Evaluation of teaching.
