After successfully completing his/her studies the graduate is able to:
- apply professional terminology in basic economic concepts, social work and social policy and their contexts when creating projects or plans for a selected non-profit organization or social enterprise;
- apply the basic differences in the management of organisations in the social sphere and the non-profit sector for the organisation's own development (especially planning and financing);
- to use actively a wide range of analytical methods from the field of management, marketing and business economics (environmental analysis, competition, efficiency calculations) for the management of their own social enterprise or non-profit organizat
- design and modify the strategy of a selected non-profit organisation or for own social enterprise based on previous market analyses and primary and secondary data obtained;
- take initiative to build relationships with social and health care institutions for further collaboration;
- participate in managing relationships with colleagues, clients and customers within and outside the organization; build and lead an intergenerational team;
- participate in crisis communication and preparation of basic elements of crisis management especially in non-profit organizations and social enterprises;
- communicate in one foreign language (English or German) at B2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
